Who We Are
Cups Collective's Mission
Cups’ mission is to serve hope daily by offering free meals, essential resources, and a safe, welcoming space for youth and adults, rooted in the love and service of Christ, open to all without cost or conditions.
Cups Collective is a faith-informed 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Medina, Ohio. Since 2007, our doors have been open as more than a café and more than a meal.
What began as a safe space for students has grown into a trusted community hub where youth, adults, and families find nourishment, dignity, and connection.
We believe that meeting basic needs is just the beginning. Our deeper purpose is to remind every person who walks through our doors that they are seen, valued, and never alone.
What Our Guests Find at Cups

Compassion & Connection
A welcoming place where everyone is known by name and cared for like family.

Rooted in Faith, Open to All
Cups is inspired by the love and service of Christ. His example of compassion, humility, and grace shapes how we show up for others, with open hands and open hearts. We serve everyone freely and without pressure, extending practical care that reflects God’s love in everyday ways.
Why We Exist
Too many in our community face hunger, isolation, or a lack of safe spaces. Cups bridges the gap between surviving and thriving by offering immediate support alongside long-term encouragement. Whether someone's stopping by for a hot meal, finding help with essentials, or seeking a place to belong, they'll find that hope lives here.
Beyond daily support, Cups hosts community events, from monthly family dinners to student gatherings, that bring neighbors together and strengthen connections across generations.
